Operating Principles to change on January 1, 2010

Starting January 1,2010 Device Makers that are not currently members of the Fab Owners Association will pay an FOA Purchasing Partners, Inc. annual membership fee of $6,500. This annual membership fee is recoverable through our "Participation Rebate Program."
